Do you provide invoicing?
Yes, we offer official invoicing for all our services to keep everything clear and professional. We also accept credit card payments for your convenience.
Do I need to provide my own supplies or equipment?
No, our team brings everything necessary. If you prefer we use your products or equipment, we’re happy to adapt. Upon request, we can also use hypoallergenic products.
How far in advance can I reschedule my cleaning?
You can reschedule up to 72 hours in advance. In case of emergencies, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can you clean my home if I live outside your main service area?
Yes, we can! We have a service map with defined ranges. If your home is beyond this range, a $30 travel fee applies. However, many of our clients who live farther away coordinate with 2–3 neighbors to schedule cleanings on the same day. This way, we can waive the travel fee for everyone. If you’d like to know if your area is covered, just ask—we’re happy to help.
How often do you recommend scheduling cleaning?
It really depends on your lifestyle and how comfortable you feel at home. Many clients prefer weekly or bi-weekly cleanings, which are the most common, but we’re happy to accommodate monthly or seasonal bookings as well. If you have pets or several people living in your home, we do recommend scheduling more frequently. This not only keeps your space consistently fresh but also makes each cleaning faster and easier.
